Wooosh, so I'm still coughing a little bit at night, but it's not as bad as last week. Still feel more crappy than usual.. I guess I still have the virus. Anway.

It's Friday! Yay. Although I'll probably be spending the rest of the day doing homework so I can finish updating the internship page for work. Aieeee. That and with mIRC, I finally got the hang of leeching stuff, but I get frustrated trying to find the stuff first. =( Oh well. *hugs bittorrent*

We were going to go to House of Teriyaki, but Lucy had to work. Darn. No green tea or red bean ice cream for me today.

Lucy and I had an interesting conversation yesterday. Just talking about stuff, building our own houses and whatnot and kids, and I have a feeling I'm going to have boys, but I do want a girl, so if I have 2 boys I will try again for the girl, and Lucy said maybe we'll have genetic capabilities to choose by then, but I wouldn't do it. Then we started talking about the speed of sperm and trying to make up experiments to see how fast they are and how we're amused that balls regulate their temperature by dropping away from the body or curling up next to it, and she said it reminded her of a yo-yo. A yo-yo! I can't think of it in the same way ever again.

For Japanese to learn honorifics and when it's appropriate to use them takes years. Second year students trying to learn them in two weeks? >__> Must start making flashcards!

....Two more weeks before spring break. WHY is it taking so long.

Oh, I am now cross-posting posts to livejournal. Tanoshikatta.

Booo. Random ramblings because I'm sick, I couldn't type at all when talking to Jeff today, and my mind's on the fritz. It's only been two weeks since the semester started. I am no longer cranky from the 6-8 hour EMT classes, but still have to keep all that info in my head for the state exam in Marchish. I think I've kinda lost interest in writing here, so I'll try to start writing again. Basically, I <3 Nihongo class. Econ in healthcare is okay, being my first econ class and the language is all funky. Orgo II... nark. I accidentally forgot to go to last Thursday's class because orgo is now TThF at 11 (Fri at 1) instead of the MWF 8:35 I've had for the past year and a half. So I forgot. =( Sometimes I feel so cooped up here... so I'm glad I'm going home this weekend. I haven't been home since January 2nd. I thought last semester was bad.... this semester all the clubs I'm in have suddenly decided to come to life, and I have meetings all over the place. That and orgo now has mini groups to meet each week to work on a group problem for homework, plus plums (extra help for chem students... plus a couple of bonus points for going every week of the semester), and periodic art history group meetings. Oooh, art history. It's the art history of Edo/Tokyo, taught by a curator from the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, while she's on a 6 month break. She's very nice. But 3 hours in the dark looking at slides... man, makes me sleepy. Just like American Painting History from last year, heh heh. I also spazzed out in Econ for like, 5 minutes. I looked at my notes and they were totally ineligible. At least I don't have lines running down the page like I did back in high school bio, hehe. I still remember Cooper telling his squirrel story. So yeah. OH. I finally have a job! It's being a webmaster for Sistahs in Science (a club... and I'm also webmaster of Bellatrix, and AASIA... but yeah) and I get paid! My orgo prof this semester is actually the advisor for Sistahs, and she can't advertise the job through work study (which I don't have anyway) because she's doing it through a grant, so YAY for me. Okay, bed. Must make the coughing stop. My voice sounds weird. :/
